This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 18.03.2024 in W.P. No. 10434 of 2021.

2. In the Writ Appeal in W.A. Nos. 2695 and 2703 of 2025 filed challenging the order passed in W.P. No. 10434 of 2021 dated 18.03.2024 by the respondents, a specific order has been passed not to take any coercive steps to implement the order which are impugned in that writ appeal.

3. Let the petitioner proceed with the Writ Appeal and get the finality for the same

4. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed for the present. No costs.
