ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order dated 04.09.2024 has not been complied with.

2.This Court, by its order dated issued a direction to the Joint Commissioner to conduct an enquiry with regard to the issue of jurisdiction and in the event of the Joint Commissioner having no jurisdiction, he shall withdraw the impugned order and handover the matter to the competent authority to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted a proceedings dated 17.09.2025 wherein, the Joint Commissioner has himself conducted an enquiry and passed order.
