The petitioner seeks to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection on the basis of the Revenue Divisional Officer's order dated 06.02.2015 in Na.Ka.No.1127/2013/A2 and also by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner was permitted to conduct the festival and today is the last date of the festival. But the other group namely, 'Raju Group' caused danger to the arrangement made by the petitioner and despite the complaint given to the police, no action was taken.
