O R D E R

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly, the 2nd , to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.5.2015 to survey and demarcate the properties situated in S.No.560/2, Mangadu Village.

Sriperambadur Taluk. Kancheepuram District, Gundrathur Sub Registrar, South Chennai Registration District to an extent of 29 cents (12644 Sq.ft. ) out of 58 cents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2015 to demarcate and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land, the 2nd respondent has not completed the exercise so far. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has paid the necessary fees to the 2nd respondent for demarcation and fixing the boundaries.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to survey and demarcate the lands mentioned above, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2015 for surveying and demarcating the properties in Survey No.560/2 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
