This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No. 334 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, pending trial.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 45 Kgs of Ganja Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner ready to abide any conditions. He prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having seven previous case.
5. Considering the fact of the case, the petitioner is having seven previous case and also contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. On seeing the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
