O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the Government Order passed in G.O.(2D) No.102, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department, dated 29.05.2025 was placed before this Court. Thus, the order passed by this Court has been complied with. What remains is the pension that is payable to the petitioner and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 3rd respondent has already forwarded the papers to the 4th respondent on 25.06.2025 and it is pending before the 4th respondent.

2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent 2/4

to act upon the same and pass necessary orders sanctioning pension to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. 27.06.2025 Index : Yes/No gya 3/4
