O R D E R

The petitioner, who had been arrayed as A1 in Crime No.4 of 2017 was granted anticipatory bail on pre-condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam daily once at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days. Seeking to modify the same, the present petition has been filed.

2.Heard Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. By quoting health grounds, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to travel the distance of 80Kms to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam. Taking a sympathetic consideration, the order dated 22.11.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 1494 of 2017 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police herein for a period of 15 days daily at 5.30P.M and thereafter as and when required.

All other conditions imposed in the order dated 22.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1494 of 2017 shall remain intact.
