This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the application filed by the petitioner on 15.3.2020, wherein, the petitioner and three others are claiming certain rights under the Tamilnadu Cultivating Tenants Protection Act and Rules.
2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
next enquiry date is fixed on 11.11.2020. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 15.3.2020 strictly in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent Temple and shall pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this orde
