This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the judgment dated 15.11.2022 passed in FCMC No.8 of 2018, on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents even though they have been served with notice and a counsel also entered appearance on behalf of them. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
