This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7847 of 2024, dated 28.03.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed.

Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7847 of 2024, dated 28.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
