No.83399 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 1084 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.300/- in Cross Appeal SR.No.83399 of 2019 preferred against C.M.A.No.1969 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.609 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, SubCourt, Sankari.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1084 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in Cross Appeal SR.No.83399 of 2019 is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the case on 25.07.2022.
