[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] This Petition has been filed to permit the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.275/- as Court Fee instead of Rs.27,275/- and exempt pay a sum of Rs.27,000/- Court Fee in the above appeal.

The above Petition seeking exemption of Court Fee for a sum of Rs.27,000/- is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
