By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order. No representation for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2021 to enlist the petitioner's name in the Promotion Panel List for the post of Assistant Engineer, within stipulated time. 3.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by him in this writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
