ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned State counsel for the applicants.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent objected to the condonation of delay stating that learned Additional Advocate-General himself had given concession, as is evident from the order impugned passed by the learned Single Judge and, therefore, the delay may not be condoned.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list along with W.A.No.1551 of 2026 on 10.07.2026.
