The petitioner made a representation on 08.09.2015 to the respondent no.2 to survey the land situated in Survey No.1226/1B, Kasipalayam Panchayat, Erode Taluk, Erode District for an extent of 2400 sq.ft. based on the Sale Deed dated 05.02.1990 and Settlement Deed dated 12.09.2011. As the said request has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 08.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
