This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.3239 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioners is partly relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
