These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 352 days in filing implead the LR's petition in S.A.No.354 of 2016; (ii) to set aside the abatement as against the deceased first appellant, Chandran @ Thiruvengadam in the above second appeal and (iii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant/ Chandran @ Thiruvengadam in S.A.No.354 of 2016 and rank them as Appellants 1 and 2.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4.
