Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3017 of 2022 dated 09.02.2022 and further modified condition in Crl.M.P.No.3903 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.NIXON, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3017 of 2022 dated 09.02.2022 and further modified the condition in Crl.M.P.No.3903 of 2022 on 25.03.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
