Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017 and consequently direct them to Survey the land acquired by them and issue compensation to the petitioner within a period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider her representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.09.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for survey of the land and issuance of compensation to her for the acquired land.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that her request was not considered by the respondents so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
