This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs' in plural and 'WMP' in singular].

2. Captioned WMPs have been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to support affidavit, Mr.G.Stanly Hebzon Singh, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action is common and the petitioners in both the writ petitions are spouses.
