This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to restore the Tr.CMP.No.398/2018 on file which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court on 02.07.2018.

A perusal of the notes paper would reveal that for the past three hearings on 10.07.2020, 17.08.2020 and 24.08.2020,

there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even T.RAJA, J.

tsi today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. 07.09.2020 tsi CMP.No.13988/2018
