3. The first petitioner is the father and the second petitioner is his daughter. It is the contention of the petitioners that the first petitioner has got six daughters. The first petitioner had taken a loan for a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs, by
mortgaging the residing house as collateral security. He repaid a sum of Rs.15 lakhs during the month of March, 2021. Now, the second daughter marriage is fixed on 22.08.2021 and he is making arrangements. On coming to know about the same, the second respondent had given a false complaint to the first respondent. On 26.07.2021 the second respondent along with rowdy elements entered into his house, threatened him to execute a sale deed for the said house. One of the daughter made an emergency call to Police, who had come there and chased the second respondent and others. Despite the complaint sent to the first respondent, no action taken.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on 26.07.2021, the second respondent and others came to the petitioners' house and threatened, for which, the daughter of the first petitioner made an emergency call to the police to attend the same. Thereafter, the complaint received from the petitioners.
