ORDER

When the matter is taken up for admission today, the learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that pursuant to the show-cause notice, final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the final orders passed in the disciplinary proceedings.

2. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
