COMMON ORDER This Court earlier granted interim protection to the petitioner herein after considering the merits of the case.

2. Now, when these matters are called today, both Senior counsel submitted that the petitioners herein have also approached this Court by quashing the FIR and this Court by way of order dated 11.08.2025 stayed all further proceedings in Cr.No.14 of 2025.

3. In view of the same, as on today, there is no apprehension of arrest as stated in the petition. Hence, I am not inclined to pass any order, since further proceedings have been stayed. However, the petitioners can renew the application, if they have otherwise apprehend arrest.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. 10.11.2025 Vv 2/4
