This revision challenges the order of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madras passed in I.A.No.1661 of 2015 in O.P.No.3711 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the first petitioner /wife has moved the I.A.No.1661 of 2015 in HMOP.No.3711 of 2014 on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madras, seeking interim maintenance and the same is pending.

4.Considering the said submissions, this Court directs the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madras, to dispose of the I.A. No.1661 of 2015 in HMOP.No.3711 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
