O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit in Court along with the Certificate issued by the State Affiliated Board dated 14.10.2015, certifying that the Participation Certificate in Form-II relating to the participation of the petitioner in the 4th Senior National Hockey Championship, 2014 (Women) (B-Division) held at Bhopal (MP) from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.03.2014 to 20.03.2014 was issued only on 05.08.2015, as per their records.

2. In view of the aforesaid, assuming the Certificate to be correct, the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of State Level Participation and would, thus, be eligible to go to the stage of Viva-voce.

3. We, however, make it clear that the respondentauthorities are entitled to reverify the Certificate and in case, any infirmity is found in the facts qua when the Certificate has been issued, the respondents would be entitled to cancel the candidature of the petitioner.

4. This would imply that in the mean time, the Viva-voce can be carried out subject to such verification.

5. The Original Certificate has been handed over to the learned Additional Advocate General for verification.

6. The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is closed.
