Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to
i)Delete the Petitioner / Respondent from the above Writ Petition in (WMP NO.1897/2017 in WP NO.23224/2016) and; ii) Delete the Petitioner / Respondent from the above Writ Petition (WMP NO.1898/2017 in WP NO.23225/2016)and; iii) Delete the Petitioner / Respondent from the above Writ Petition (WMP NO.1899/2017 in WP NO.23226/2016)and; iv) Delete the Petitioner / Respondent from the above Writ Petition (WMP NO.1900/2017 in WP NO.23227/2016)respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KANMANI ANNAMALAI Additional Government Pleader for SPL GOVT.PLEADER (TAXES) for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.S.
SANDEEP BAGMAR for 1st Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- (order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) These petitions have been filed to delete the Finance Department which is featured as 1st respondent in the above Writ Petitions. However, we find that in the impugned Government Order dated 10.3.2015, paragraph 9 states that it has been issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department. Therefore we are of the view that the Finance Department is a necessary party and hence do not accept the prayer for deleting the said respondent. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed.
