ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 420 r/w. 34 of IPC in Crime No.149 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner induced the de facto

complainant to pay Rs.7,50,000/- for securing a Canadian Job and sent only on a visitor visa and no job was arranged as promised. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner and false implication in the case, seeks indulgence of this Court and the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this court. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the investigation has also transferred from the file of the respondent police to the file of CBCID and re-registered FIR in Crime No.2 of 2026. According to the prosecution, the accused had collected Rs.2 crores 72 lakhs from 41 victims in order to secure Canadian job. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has committed serious and heinous offence as against the society. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
