ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce the body of the petitioner's minor son - H.Logeshwaran, male, aged 7 years, detenu before this Court and to handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. The dispute is essentially between the spouses with regard to the custody of the son. The son is admittedly with the mother, which cannot be stated as illegal custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
