ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue/Mrs.Silambarasi is present in Court. She submitted before us that she is willing to stay with her parents and she left the matrimonial home voluntarily.

2. In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
