Today the above matter has been listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 17.06.2016, in stead of stating the name of the College, it has been inadvertently mentioned in the 3rd line as "the Chairman of the Trust name" and further, in the 6th line of the said paragraph, in stead of mentioning the name of the College, it has been mentioned as "individual's name of the trust only" and hence, prays for clarification of the said order. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who appears on behalf of the respondents. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph 3 is to be read as follows:- "3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the typed set of documents and would submit that admittedly all the three sale deeds had been in the name of the petitioner trust and the only impediment is the name of the B.Ed.

AP run by the Trust has been mentioned and it cannot be construed that the land in question stands in the name of Kasthuriba Gandhi College of Education run by the trust only and would further add that the amended land sketch has also been furnished and therefore, there cannot be any impediment on the part of the first respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner trust to start a self financing Arts and Science College and prays for appropriate orders."

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections by deleting paragraph 3 in the order dated 17.06.2016 and by incorporating the above paragraph in its place and issue fresh a order copy to the parties concerned.
