These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed, consequent to the death of the sole respondent, seeking to condone the delay in filing petition to

set aside abatement, to set aside abatement and to bring on record his legal representatives as 2 nd and 3 rd respondents in the Second Appeal.

2.It is contended that, as directed by the learned Single Judge, costs of Rs.2,000/- had been sent by money order to the respondent directly.
