(CR.NO.823 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to consider the above bonafide reason and relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e.on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, which was imposed against the Petitioner/ Accused in the above Crl.MP.No.906/2022 in Crl.OP.No.24184/21 dated 02.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BOMMURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.906 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24184 of 2021 on 02.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. On first working day of every month at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
