ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.Om Prakash, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Tamilvel, learned counsel for the first respondent; and, Mr.P.Valliyappan, learned Senior Counsel for respondents 2 to 6.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Securitisation Application, challenging the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, "the Act of 2022"), is pending with the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The third sale notice is issued and the property is sold. The petitioner would challenge the sale also before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
3. The petitioner may challenge the sale as may be permissible under law. The petitioner may seek the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, as may be applicable.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.15606 and 15608 of 2023 are closed.
