Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his Letter No.5375/CL-1/2006-17 and 13118/CD1/2006-9 dated 01.11.2010 and 28.09.2010 respectively and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits together with interest to the petitioner. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O(2D) No.15 Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 05.02.2015 dropping further action pursuant to the Charge Memo.
2. In view of the Government Order dated 05.02.2015, nothing survives for factual adjudication in W.P.No.324 of 2015.
3. In view of the order passed by the Government, necessarily, benefits should be paid to the petitioner in W.P.No.325 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
