(CCB X CRIME NO.02/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.13277 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 in CCB X Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUGAZHENTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13277 of 2022 on 15.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
