This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon that the petitioner shall report before the Dharmapuri Police Station daily at 10.30.am, for a period of six weeks in Crl.O.P.No.5684 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5684 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
