(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition of Court deposit of Rs.25,000/- imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11655 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11655 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 by imposing conditions and one of the condition is to deposit of Rs.25,000/- to Madras High Court advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Indian Bank High Court Branch SB/Ac.484077244 IFSC Code No.IDIB000M157''. He further submitted that the petitioner is working in a shop for daily wages and during the Covid 19 pandemic situation the petitioner was unable to raise funds and deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- and he prays to modify the above condition.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11655 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 to deposit of Rs.25,000/- by the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Madras High Court Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Indian Bank High Court Branch SB/Ac.484077244 IFSC Code No.IDIB000M157'' and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
