ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the false complaint of her father Mr.Andiappan by providing protection to the petitioner and her family.

1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Andiappan, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
