The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to start and run the carom board club by considering the representation dated 30.05.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that that the respondents police will consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks and pass orders on merits.
3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4. In such view of the matter, the respondents police are directed to consider the representation dated 30.05.2022 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
