(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 05.07.2021, seeking appointment to the post of Night Watchman in any of the Government School in Tirupattur Educational District.

2. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.
