When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that conditions No. 6 and 10 mentioned in the check list have been complied with by the petitioner within a time as directed. Therefore, there is no impediment for the respondent to consider the bid of the petitioner.

2. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation submits that the bid of the petitioner will be considered. The said statement is recorded.
