O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint it appears that the petitioner had sold one car to the proposed accused in the year 2011 for a sale consideration of Rs.6,00,000/- and the proposed accused has paid only Rs.3,00,000/- and not paid the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. It is also stated that the proposed accused had taken Toyota Fortuner Car from the petitioner and had not returned it. In the complaint it is not even stated the dates on which all these incidents have taken place. It appears that incident had taken place in the year between 2011 and 2013 and therefore, this Court does not find any materials for registration of a criminal case on the complaint made by the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 10.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, this Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
