Crl.M.P.No.7384 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9328 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9328 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9328 of dated 28.04.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
