petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025 for allotting alternate plot with same extent of 1250 sq.ft in Madhuranthagam Scheme of Tamil Nadu Housing Board K.K.Nagar Division and to execute Sale Deed in favour of petitioner (or) to permit the petitioner to pay the balance amount as per guideline value as on 2011 without any interest for remaining extent of 688 sqft i.e., Plot No.C-16 measuring 1938 sq.ft. and on such payment to execute Sale Deed in favour of petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025.

Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the representation, the grievance of the petitioner is that he is praying for allotment of an alternative plot, similarly situated, to an extent of 1250 sq. ft. in the Madhuranthagam Scheme of Tamil Nadu Housing Board, K.K. Nagar Division.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the second respondent will consider the representation in accordance with their own rules and procedures.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i) The second respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2025.

(ii) An opportunity of personal hearing shall also be granted to the petitioner and appropriate orders in accordance with law and rules shall be passed by the second respondent on the said representation. (iii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
