Based upon the alleged possession for over three decades, the petitioner made a request for issuance of patta for the land in Survey No.154 measuring an extent of 5 cents situated at No.5, Thiruppa-samuthiram Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 18.02.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
