This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of IPC r/w.Section 34 of IPC and Section 66 (B) of the Information Technology Act in Crime No.81 of 2023, on the file of the 2nd respondent instead of Crime No.Not known of 2023 and amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate Court, Avinasi, Thiruppur District instead of Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppur District in Crl.O.P.No.9017 of 2023, dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in his petition for anticipatory bail, he failed to mention Crime Number and seeks amendment to include the crime number and satisfaction Court.

3. Considering the fact and circumstances, the petition for amendment is allowed. Two weeks time is granted to comply the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.9017/2023, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
