The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police submitted that the complaint, alleged to have been sent by the petitioner, has not been received by the respondent/Police, and if the petitioner gives a copy of his complaint, suitable action will be taken in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to give a copy of his complaint to the respondent/Police. is directed to register a crime and proceed further in accordance with law, as per law dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
