"2.The respondent respectfully submits that in compliance with the orders of this Hon'ble Court, the respondent had issued notice on 05.03.2026 to the petitioner as well as the encroacher directing them to appear for enquiry in compliance with the orders of this Hon'ble Court, the notice of enquiry is enclosed with this memo."
2.In view of the fact that notice for enquiry had been issued, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to open the same, if required. The enquiry to be concluded within a period of three weeks from today this order is uploaded.
