CR.NO.263 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.328 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed upon the petitioner by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem made in SC No.04 of 2016 by a judgment dated 17.04.2018 and release him on bail in Crl.A.328/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.328 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the issue involved, the criminal appeal can be taken up for hearing on 08.08.2019.

Post the appeal on 08.08.2019. In the meanwhile, Registry is directed to make the papers ready.
